The Nervous System 101

A human discovering paths back home to themselves without the dogma of right or wrongness, but rather with a version of self-trust, and “this serves me or this doesn't serve me” ness...ness? (laugh) and this is always going to be bespoke to every single human… that's something I champion, and I am deeply proud to serve. 

So this week, an overview of the nervous system and why I describe my work in a certain way.
