Welcome to The Liminal Zone Alchemist, the podcast for when you're stuck between the patterns of your past and the pull of your purpose. I'm your host Sally Hardie and each week I'll bring you digestible bite-sized episodes joyfully packed with everything it's taken me 30 years of education to amass. From neuroscience to mindset, from oracle cards to psychotherapy, I have studied it all and condensed it into a glorious plasma ball of curiosity that will speak to your brain and resonate with your body, unfolding your understanding of what it is to be human in the modern world.

As you listen you'll discover Your innate genius is safe and well, living in the shadows of your lived experience, and that the pull of your purpose, that tug in your chest that's your inner compass, and it's ready to help guide you back home, to you.

Each week, by applying my knowledge to your knowing, you will alchemize shadows to gifts, you'll learn to love the lesson filled goo, and break free from the unfulfilling patterns of your past to make the impact in the world that ONLY you can make. 

But while this podcast will have a wealth of concepts for you, I want to share that  I've made it my business to serve my desire for joy and laughter - so frankly if I'm not having fun I'm not doing it. So, yes expect a depth of knowing  - but it will be equally matched by frequent laughter, a wildly forgivable potty mouth, the odd rant (those of you who have coached with me will know Ranty Sally!), and boundless unconditional love for you,100% worthy my dear subscriber.
